Island Reflection

During November in humanities class we had to do a project on create an island. It was a very fun experience. We had to write the history, economy, culture, government, education and agriculture. It also needed to make sense, like not put the beaches next v to the mountains. We had to make the scale, legend, also give a compass rose. We had to make the island in a body of water. On my island there is a tributary and a delta. There is also a land bridge which was formed during an ice age. My island is on the equator so we can’t plant rice because it is very hot there, but we export seafood and coconut. My island is suitable for adults and kids because one part of Miloja is for kids like flower world, Brantoman, Fairy land and Fairy world, and candy. This was a very unique experience for me, and I hope you like my island.

My problems

During this island making project I did have some problems. First on the beginning I did not know what to put on my island or how to organize it. Also i did not know what to write about the government, but then I looked it up on the internet and then I found some interesting things that i used. I also kind of had trouble finding names for my cities.

My island

My island is turning about very well. All i have to do right now is add some pictures. My islands name is Miloja, and it is a very big island. it has 600,000 citizens. It has many environment places, it has tourist places and places for kids. Almost the entire island is a tourist attraction. The most interesting thing about my island is something called the golden gate. They are two pieces of land that are almost meeting and in the middle is body of water. Over all I think that my island turned out to be very good and interesting. It does not only have cities, but also interesting things for the people so they can have a fun life.

Hello, as you saw i said humanities is not to impress, but to know. If you dont know what i ment, well you dont learn humanitie to impress someone, you do it, because you have to know it. You have to know it because what ever you do in your life, its some kind of humanitie that you might know, or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!
